Chu-Lei was founded in March 30, 1990 by 5 senior engineers from CTCI with capital NT$ 1,000,000. The core business of Chu-Lei engineering corporation are focused on the field of engineering design work for petrochemical plant, power plant, waste water treatment plant and etc.

Award the contract of "Planing and drawing/document updating service work" for CPC No.1 NC dismantling work.

Set-up the "Construction Department" under the coaching of Executive Yuan and China Productivity Center. The capital was increased to NT$ 12,000,000.

Signed a long term "Engineering Service" contract with Formosa Group.

Commenced Tainan municipal waste water treatment project. During this year, the company had established a long term business relationship with TSMC and ARCO Taiwan.

Started the business with Dahin group and China American Petrochemical Co., LTD. Moved to self-owned new office in Yu-Chen road which possessed 143 ping, and expand to 27 employees.

Extended the engineering business to the power plant industry, electronics industry, steel industry and bio-chemistry field. Started the business with Chang-Chun Plastics Co. Ltd.

Established another office department in Chiai and started business with Formosa Group in Hsinkang. Therefore, we started with business with Taiwan Ciba Co., Ltd.

Company’s assent is increased to NT$37,000,000.Moreover, the capital of company is increased to NT$27,000,000 and expand to 45 employees.

Extend head office and built a warehouse in DaiLiao factory. The capital of company increased to NT$ 30,000,000 and expand to 65 employees.
